Landscape Construction Team Member
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Team Member to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality structural landscaping projects, working across a variety of residential sites. You’ll be part of a hands-on crew that values precision, teamwork and doing things properly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape construction and installation works
Paving, stonework and hardscaping
Construction of retaining walls and screening walls
Timber works including decking, fencing and screening
Site preparation, excavation and set-out
Working from plans and specifications
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in landscape construction (essential)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors and as part of a team
White Card (essential)
Driver’s licence (preferred)
Pride in workmanship and reliability
Garden Maintenance Team Member
About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and plant-focused Garden Maintenance Team Member to support our ongoing horticultural and maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, maintaining high presentation standards and helping gardens thrive long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Regular garden maintenance and care
Pruning, hedging and garden rejuvenation
Lawn care, fertilising and seasonal maintenance
Weed control, mulching and soil improvement
Planting and plant establishment support
Identifying basic pest and plant health issues
Maintaining tidy, well-presented garden spaces
What We’re Looking For
Experience in garden maintenance or horticulture (preferred)
Strong plant knowledge or genuine interest in horticulture
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Driver’s licence (preferred)
Positive attitude and attention to detail
