Our Design Process

    • The Process: Once your design package is confirmed, we arrange a 1-hour on-site consultation with our Lead Designer.

    • What Happens: This is your opportunity to share your vision, discuss how you want to use the space, and explore budget considerations. Our designer will analyse your site's unique aspects (sunlight, drainage, levels) and provide initial expert recommendations.

    • The Process: Our design team translates your vision into a comprehensive design concept and delivers your personalised presentation package.

    • What’s Included:

      • 3D Visual Renderings: Visuals so you can walk through and picture your new outdoor space before ground is broken.

      • Birds-Eye Landscape Plan: A detailed overhead layout mapping out all structural and garden areas.

      • Materials & Plant Palette: A curated mood-board highlighting recommended plants, paving, timber, lighting, and hardscape finishes suited to your local environment.

    • The Process: We collaborate with you to review the concept and fine-tune any details until you are 100% in love with the layout.

    • What Happens Next: Once approved, we provide a construction quote. When you choose Magnolia Landscapes to build your project, 100% of your design fee is credited directly toward your construction total.
